Yakira Lawley

From a very young age, I was dedicated to helping those in need through various community service projects. Eventually, I decided I could help people best as an attorney, particularly in navigating the complications of our court system. While in law school, I immersed myself in developing my trial skills. At the same time, I developed a strong interest in the area of real estate, particularly after interning with a real estate firm during my law school years.

Shortly after graduation from law school, I realized that my goal as an attorney on a micro-level was to work directly with clients to achieve their desired results, particularly in the area of real estate. More importantly, I learned that one of the most satisfying aspects of being an attorney is serving as a client's guide through the legal system, reducing their stress while achieving their goals. Zingman & Associates PLLC offered me that very opportunity to use both my litigation skills and to handle real property transactions while working directly with our clients.
